Terms of Service

We aim to provide the best salon experience with clear policies and open communication. By booking, you agree to the terms below. Questions? Contact us anytime.

Booking & Payments

  • A valid credit card is required to book.

  • We accept major credit cards and Apple Pay only (no cash/checks).

  • Gratuity may be paid in cash.

  • Appointment reminders are a courtesy; missed notifications don’t waive policies.

  • By booking, you authorize charges for missed or canceled appointments per policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Within 48 hours: Charged 50% of scheduled services.

  • Within 1 hour or no-shows: Charged 100%.

  • Late arrivals may reduce service time but not reduce charges.

  • Service changes within 48 hours follow same cancellation fees.

Adjustments

  • No refunds. We offer one free adjustment with the same stylist if you purchased salon-recommended shampoo/conditioner.

  • Must notify us within 72 hours and rebook within 7 days.

  • Adjustments may not apply to color corrections, box dye, or self/other stylist alterations. These are charged at $70/hr.

  • Results are guaranteed only after agreed multi-step processes are completed.

Children

  • No children under 12 allowed in the salon or for services.

  • Children over 12 may book at adult pricing.

Retail Exchanges

  • Exchange retail items within 14 days if unused.

  • Exchanges can’t be applied to services or tips.

  • Price differences will be charged or credited to your account for future use.

Stylist Unavailability

  • If your stylist is unavailable, we’ll offer the next available spot with them or another stylist.

  • We’ll notify you ASAP with rescheduling options.
