Simply visit our online booking platform to schedule your appointment. During the consultation, our expert will carefully assess your hair, discuss your desired look, and provide a personalized recommendation for the best type of hair extensions that will suit you.

    For all other services, there is no need for a separate consultation. You can easily book your appointment online. Once you've made your booking, our salon team will personally reach out to you to ensure that you've scheduled the appropriate service and timeframe. To book an appointment right away, click here to access our online booking system, where you can view the available time slots.

    If you require a later time slot, we do have those available upon request. Simply send a text message to the salon and request a later time. Andra offers a later start times for color appointments on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and we will assist you in finding a suitable time if you cannot find what your need on the online platform.

    We value your time and strive to make the booking process seamless for you.   • As an existing client of our salon, we appreciate your continued support and value your time. To book an appointment, we recommend prebooking your next appointment during your current visit. This ensures that you secure the preferred time and day that works best for you.

    However, if you need to reschedule your appointment or are unable to prebook during your visit, we offer online booking for your convenience. Our online booking system allows you to easily select a new appointment time that fits your schedule.

  • We understand that punctuality is important to both our clients and our stylists at The Fox Salon. Our punctuality policy is designed to ensure that our salon runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.

    We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. However, if you anticipate being late, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible so that we can make any necessary adjustments. The threshold for lateness is no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Text/call 904-580-3697

    Please note that if you arrive later than 10 minutes, we may have to reschedule your appointment. If you are excessively late and the service cannot be accommodated your credit card on file will still be charged 100% of the service total. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our punctuality policy.

    Our stylists often double book their schedules to accommodate as many clients as possible, so any delays can disrupt their entire day. By arriving on time, you help us maintain a smooth operation and ensure that every client receives the attention they deserve.

  • The best way to contact our salon is by texting 904-580-3697. Please note that we only respond during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. If you prefer a call back, we can arrange that via text as well. Please understand that we are usually busy with hair appointments, so we apologize for not being able to answer phone calls. However, if you send us a text requesting a call back, we will be more than happy to reach out to you. On holidays and weekends the phone is turned off and your text will be returned the next business day. If texting is not possible, we kindly ask you to send us an email at book@thefoxsalon.com. Please note that we do not communicate through direct messages on social media platforms.

  • To reschedule or cancel click here. If you do not see the time you desire, then please join the waitlist. Please remember before you reschedule, the stylists are in high demand so it may be difficult to get back in with specific stylists for longer services.

    Appointments may not be canceled directly through your stylist or through social media.

  • When you come in for your appointment, we ask that you please arrive with clean hair. It should be washed within 24 hours prior to your appointment. It is preferable for your hair to be free of any hair products, as they can interfere with the color and application process.

    For clients seeking blonding and extension services, it is especially important to come in with clean hair. This will ensure optimal results and allow our stylists to work more efficiently. Additionally, if you can avoid vigorously scrubbing your scalp before your appointment, it can help reduce sensitivity during the service.

    1. We have a team of talented stylists who specialize in different areas of hair care. If you have a specific service in mind, we can suggest the best stylist for that particular service.   • For blowouts, single process color, and haircuts at The Fox Salon, a consultation is not required. However, for new blonding clients, we have a virtual consultation process in place. When you fill out the new client form, we will send you a form to answer a few questions and attach pictures. This helps us provide personalized advice and recommendations. 

    As for hair extension clients, a consultation is necessary. We require you to come in person so we can discuss pricing, policies, and procedures. During the consultation, we can also color match you and assist you in choosing the perfect hair extension method that suits your needs.

  • At our hair salon, we strive to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines regarding what to bring and what not to bring to your appointment.

    What to bring:

    1. Your computer: We understand that some of our guests may need to work or catch up on personal tasks during their appointment. Feel free to bring your computer and utilize our complimentary Wi-Fi.

    2. Air-pods or headphones: If you'd like to listen to music, podcasts, or watch videos during your appointment, please bring your own air-pods or headphones. This way, you can enjoy your preferred entertainment without disturbing other guests. Magazines and iPad provided by salon.

    3. Snacks: We know that appointments can sometimes be time-consuming, and you may get hungry. Feel free to bring a small snack to enjoy during your visit. However, we kindly ask that you choose snacks that are not messy or have strong odors, as a courtesy to other guests. Snacks and beverages are also provided by the salon.

    What not to bring:

    1. Children: To maintain a relaxing environment for all of our guests, we kindly request that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. Our salon is not a suitable environment for children, as sharp tools and chemicals are present.

    2. Pets: While we adore animals, we do not allow pets in our salon, with the exception of service animals as required by law.

    3. Electronic devices without air-pods: We understand that technology is a part of our daily lives, but to respect other guests' experiences, we kindly ask that you bring electronic devices with air-pods or headphones. This helps to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

  • At The Fox Salon, our ultimate goal is for you to love your hair. We understand that sometimes preferences and expectations may not align perfectly and that's okay. If you are not completely satisfied with something about your hair, please let us know.

    For guests who have purchased our recommended hair products, we offer a color guarantee. This means that if you are unhappy with the color within the first 72 hours after your appointment, we will redo it according to the parameters of our adjustment policy, here. We want to ensure that you are happy with the final result and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

    If you find any issues or have concerns beyond the 72 hour, please reach out to us via text or email. We will be more than happy to assist you to the best of our capabilities. Our skilled stylists are known for their ability to work magic and we will strive to address any concerns you may have.

    Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we are committed to finding a solution that leaves you satisfied with your hair. Your happiness is our priority and we appreciate your trust in The Fox Salon.

  • We understand that sometimes our salon schedule can get busy, and we want to make it as convenient as possible for you to secure an appointment. To add yourself to our waitlist, please follow the steps below:

    1. Online Waitlist: Click here and select the service you wish to book and scroll down and click "Waitlist" button. Fill out the required information, including your name, contact details, preferred stylist (if applicable), and any specific services you're interested in. Our online waitlist allows you to select multiple dates and times that work for you. Once you submit your information, our team will review it and contact you if an appointment becomes available.

In your email, please include your name, contact information, preferred stylist (if applicable), and any specific services you're interested in. Our team will add you to the waitlist and reach out to you if there's an opening that matches your preferences.

    We strive to accommodate all of our clients and will do our best to get you in for your desired appointment. However, please note that adding yourself to the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Our availability is subject to scheduling and cancellation changes.   • At The Fox Salon, with proper upkeep, hair extensions can last up to a year. We recommend scheduling a "move-up" session every 4-6 weeks to maintain the extensions and ensure they continue to look their best. The frequency of these sessions may vary depending on the individual and their specific hair needs. On average beaded row hair lasts 8-12 months, tape-ins 6-8 months, Keratins 4-5 months. To determine the best extension method for you and to discuss the maintenance routine, we encourage you to set up a consultation with our team.

  • Yes ,we take photos at almost every appointment for salon records. We have found this is a nice way for the stylist and client to track their progress together.

    We try to document as much as possible to spread the word of what we have to offer! We love having a mini photoshoot for our clients!

    Don't worry, we won't share your images without your permission!

  • Whatever you feel most confident in! You will have photos and video taken of you (with your permission). So if you would like our recommendations, we suggest wearing neutrals or colors that flatter your skin tone! Black and white are great too!

  • Each appointment varies and is customized per client. You will receive a quote when you book. For our starting prices, check our our services page.

  • We take debit, credit card or apple pay. Whichever is best for you! We do not take cash, checks or use venmo for payment. Although you may tip in cash if you like.

  • Each appointment is different. Be sure to ask during your virtual consultation so you can block enough time out in your schedule for us to serve you well!
