The Fox Salon wants our guests that desire extensions to understand the importance of maintenance and the expectations outlined below: • We ask that you order your hair through the salon. Hair purchased by yourself or someone else will not be used. • Recommended amount of hair suggested by your stylist must be ordered to guarantee your satisfaction. If during the consultation you need multiple options to fit your budget please request that in advance so that we can serve you adequately. • Recommended products and brush must be purchased to ensure the integrity of your hair and longevity of the extensions. If you do not invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner, you will be responsible for any fallen or damaged extensions due to use of non-recommended products. • You will be quoted the cost of hair at your consultation and a non-refundable deposit will be due that day or you will pay a $30 consultation fee. You will have 48 hours to put that fee toward an extension purchase. • Hair extensions are an investment and we only source from the most premium (ethically sourced) hair companies for the overall health, quality, and beauty of your hair. Pricing on the hair will only be discussed in you consultation because there are many options and variables. • Installation of extensions for a first-time install will be anywhere from: Tape ins range $200-350, Sew-in $250-525 (mini maintenance available $50-95), Fusion $400-1200 (not including the cost of hair) • Time commitments: Tape ins 1-2 hrs., Sew in 1.5-3 hrs., Keratin Fusion 2-4 hrs. • Clients must keep up with recommended maintenance with an appointment to have the extensions removed and placed back in. Usually, 4-8 weeks • Your hair needs to be shoulder length or longer for the hair extensions to best blend; shortest layer should be past you’re the nape of your neck. • Color matching will be done once your desired hair color is achieved. • Hair extensions are not able to be lightened. • The Fox Salon does not issue refunds. There are no exceptions to this policy. • We reserve the right to deny services or turn away any guest who does not comply with our policies. • The pricing given is good for the next 48 hrs. Beyond that time, a new quote may be required.
All services over 1 hour require a $50 deposit. Deposit is non-refundable for No-Shows. Please give 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling your reservation and your deposit will be moved to your next reservation. Additional deposit/ fee may apply to appointments 2+ hours.
If you are not satisfied with your hair color for any reason and your hair color is insured, your adjustment will have a color fee of $25 per bowl. We have a no refund policy. Your hair is only guaranteed (insured) when you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner directly through The Fox Salon. Please reach out to us within 10 days of your service so that we can make any necessary adjustments to meet your needs.
Some guests, even when they purchase the recommended products will not qualify for this policy for reasons beyond our control. * Who doesn't qualify: Guests enduring a color correction process. Guests who have used box color in the last 2 years. Guest whose desired goal requires multiple steps/visits. Guests who adjust their own hair or have another artist adjust their hair. Guests falling under these categories will have to pay for any adjustments at the rate of $70/hour. *This will be outlined in The Fox Salon's Multi-Step Color Agreement and explained to you by your stylist. Once your desired result is achieved your stylist will guarantee your hair.
